The governors of this highly successful, partially selective, mixed school seek a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our very successful Food & Textiles Department, housed in a purpose-built Technology Department. Willingness to teach Textiles to KS3 would be beneficial.
This post provides an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher to work within a friendly and supportive team.
In the 2024 GCSE examinations, 46% of GCSE Food results were grade 9, with 79% achieving a grade 9 - 5.
In the 2025 GCSE examinations: 65% of GCSE Food results were grade 9-7, with 75% achieving a grade 9 - 5.
